Put this easy recipe on your radar for summer. You can build a Mezze platter with this condiment, or use with your favorite Greek salads and Mediterranean dishes. To make a platter you can choose a variety of roasted and fresh vegetables, homemade pita chips, nuts, dried fruits, olives, prosciutto, various charcuterie items. You do you, and what your friends and family like to eat.

Whipped Feta
Serves 6-8
6-8 oz Feta cheese
2 Tablespoons plain greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (garnish)
Add all items to a mini processor and blend until smooth. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and garnish.
*Add on garnishes: hot honey, pesto, herbs, spices of your choice
