Hi, my name is Kristin, I am a midwestern girl who was raised in Indiana and moved to Ohio 26 years ago. I went to Culinary School at age 40  to launch my second career as a personal chef. I’m married and have two children who are 10 1/2 years apart . They have been my biggest source of inspiration. I’ve been committed to feeding them well from babies to teens to young adult.  We live in southern Ohio near Cincinnati.

Launching a blog as a resource for healthy whole foods has been on my mind for several  years. Sometimes it takes awhile to get things up and running. I am not tech savvy at all. Bear with me as I move along this journey.
