Korean BBQ Sauce

Hello! This is something you need to add to your sauce repertoire. Simple ingredients, and you probably have everything in your pantry except the gochujang chili paste. It is readily available in the international aisle of your grocery store or you can find it online. I used this on chicken thighs but is will be great on any chicken, beef, jackfruit, What’s that? I’ll get back to jackfruit later. Now let’s concentrate on making easy, low-ingredient BBQ sauce you can feel great about. Yes, there are two sugars in this recipe, but it’s not too much for the amount of sauce you will use. The heat of the paste needs this balance.
