The results from our visit to Alpine Berry Farm
After freezing almost 4 lbs of berries. The rest went into this healthy summer treat.
Blueberry Crumble
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
4 Tbls unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cups fresh blueberries
juice from 1/2 a lemon
Method
Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 9×13 pan and place blueberries and lemon juice in dish. Combine butter cut into cubes with oats, brown sugar, almond flour with your hands to get pea size crumble. Place crumble onto berries. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
