Fresh Salsa. Enough said. A little chopping goes a long way, and so delicious and healthy. My salsa is simple and easy. Grab those Roma tomatoes and get chopping. Always worth the time.
5 Roma tomates, seeded and chopped
1/2 red onion diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 lime zested and juiced
Red wine vinegar
Add all veggies to a bowl, stir in lime zest and juice. Add a splash of red wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cilantro leaves to taste. Enjoy. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
